Buying one of our products
Every "Shop on Amazon" button on this website opens our product on Amazon.com. You buy it there, through Amazon's checkout. This website does not take orders or payments.
Our products are stored and shipped by Amazon (Fulfilled by Amazon) and are Prime-eligible.
Amazon shows the delivery options, delivery time and shipping cost for your address at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds for Amazon orders follow Amazon's return policy. To start a return, go to Your Orders on Amazon.com and choose the item.
If something is wrong with a product, you can also email us at hello@eagleandash.com. We reply within one business day.
Bulk orders (10 pieces or more)
Bulk orders are for businesses, golf clubs and other organisations. Send your request through our Wholesale page and we will reply within one business day with a quote: price, delivery time, shipping cost and payment terms.
- United States: shipped by Amazon from our US stock.
- European Union: shipped by us from Tallinn, Estonia.
- Bath bombs ship to the United States only.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items: for damage in transport or wrong or missing items, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the box and the items. For a fault in materials or workmanship that shows up later, tell us within 12 months of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund the item at our cost.
Other returns: bulk orders are business purchases, so items that arrive in good condition cannot be returned, unless your quote says otherwise.
